qk0k Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using This Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the qk0k website accessible at https://qk0k.io and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, including all games, sportsbook markets, account management tools, and support channels operated thereunder.

Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by competent Bangladeshi authorities. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until compliance is achieved.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the qk0k Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment method details, or device identifiers — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, a valid email address, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving SMS OTP, and a payment method registered in your name. You must update your Account information promptly if any of this information changes.

qk0k reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration against third-party data sources and identity verification services. Where discrepancies are identified, qk0k may place a temporary hold on withdrawal activity pending resolution.

Account registration on qk0k is free of charge. qk0k will never request payment in exchange for registration, account verification, or account reinstatement. Any communication purporting to request such payment does not originate from qk0k.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any SMS OTP codes generated for two-factor authentication. qk0k strongly recommends that all users enable two-factor authentication, which can be activated from within the Account settings panel.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. qk0k will never contact you by email, phone, or any other channel to request your password, full Account number, or complete OTP code. Any communication claiming to be from qk0k that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account regardless of whether you authorised that activity, except in cases where qk0k's own negligence is demonstrated to be the direct cause. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact qk0k support immediately so that protective measures can be applied without delay.

qk0k employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform interactions, secure one-way password hashing with individual salting, automated session timeouts after periods of inactivity, and anomalous login detection. These measures are designed to protect your Account but do not substitute for your own responsibility to maintain credential security.

qk0k accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and will be returned where technically feasible, subject to applicable processing fees.

Funds deposited into your qk0k Account are held for gaming purposes only. They do not accrue interest and are not covered by any deposit protection scheme. qk0k maintains player funds in accounts separate from operational funds as a safeguard measure.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Account holders at any time through the withdrawal section of the Account management panel. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, as a standard anti-fraud measure. Where this is not operationally possible, qk0k will contact you to agree an alternative method.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per request.

qk0k reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, including requests for source-of-funds documentation, where the amount, frequency, or pattern of withdrawals warrants investigation. Processing of the relevant withdrawal will be paused until satisfactory documentation is provided.

General bonus conditions applicable to all qk0k promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available once per player, per Account, per household address, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated as a repeating offer.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time limit stated on the promotion detail page. Bonuses not utilised or wagering not completed within the stated time will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.

Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Balance (including real-money deposits where permitted by applicable law in cases of fraud), and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through nominees.
• Automated Play: Use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the Platform in a manner that simulates human activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qk0k's total cumulative liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits qk0k's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by qk0k's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
